Abstract:
With the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization process, the real estate market has been continuously prosperous in China, becoming a hot industry in the investment market. However, investment decision-making in the real estate investment field is risky, which is a challenge for both real estate enterprises and investors. This paper starts from the perspective of real estate project investment and aims to study the risks and opportunities of real estate investment decisions, analyze effective management and monitoring methods for real estate investment projects, and propose reasonable investment strategies and corresponding decision-making processes.
The paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance, and combs the literature. The second part elaborates on the concept and characteristics of the real estate investment market and its investment risks. The third part studies and analyzes effective management and monitoring methods for real estate investment projects. The fourth part explores reasonable strategies for real estate investment decision-making and decision-making processes.
